I have not been keeping track as well as I will be come January, so please excuse me. Scott was away on a business trip, and I think I did good. When I miss him, which is every moment he isn't by my side, I tend to eat more I find. I am not doing a calorie count anymore because so many other numbers should be accounted for. Furthermore, my diet plan doesn't count calories at all. As long as one is eating what is on their diet, then calories don't matter. I know this sounds crazy to some, but we each have a different plan.

Homemade oatmeal for dinner

Egg salad for lunch
Bean soup for dinner

Left over backed chicken, pea, carrot, and onion soup for lunch

Please note that under each day that is not all I ate. I eat about 1500 - 2000 calories, when I do count. I forgot most of what I ate, so those are just the items I could remember.

I am so ready to start this journey 100%, but we are not starting until January. For those of you who don't know why yet, allow me to explain. In January we will have money to make an at home gym of sorts, as well as extra money left over each month to shop individually. See, come every January we pay most of the upcoming years rent at once. So, we'll have all that rent money left over in each month. Since the diet plan we follow is different for everybody, we are to eat completely different things. Right now, we eat the same meals because it's cheaper. With the extra money we save each month not paying rent, we'll be able to do two completely different shopping lists. Does that make sense? I hope it does.

Anyway, I am so ready and so excited. Everytime we go to Target, Wal Mart, Sam's Club, etc. I look at the work out stuff. I want the money NOW, so we can buy the stuff for the gym and start. Everytime I am sitting here doing nothing, I wish I was on a treadmill or trampoline. I can't wait to have them in our home so that every free moment I have I can use them.
